Ideal or Normal Structure

Well we all usually know that a “healthy mind is a healthy body” and there are many elders that advise us to keep our minds healthy so that we have a healthy body. But sometimes even they go wrong, especially in this world because they are not at all aware of the lifestyle and the living conditions that are prevailing everywhere, be it sports, school and even our workplace.

Earlier it was only the old and the sick that used to complain about health and back problems, but the situation is not the same anymore. Forget about the young teens, now-a- days even the young school going kids seem to complain about back pain and neck pain

Actually it’s the lifestyle and the competition that has taken a toll over people’s mind and body. It’s the living and those eating habits too that have made us put on more and more weight and that too with the lack of exercise.

So even if you think to keep your mind healthy still you would not have a healthy body. But still I would feel that prevention is much better that cure and if one seems to have a healthy diet and keeps on exercising regularly then there would not be any health problems at all.

So a healthy spine or a healthy back would usually allow:

Optimal rotation and bending of the neck and the back: This is because all the muscles that get proper exercise would automatically allow the blood circulation to flow equally to all the parts of the body. This would prevent the muscles to become tight and would not result in body pain.

Restriction of nerve damage: Regular damage would keep the muscles tissues and joints flexible and would prevent damage.

Shock absorption: A healthy spine would obviously be in a position to absorb and take all the shocks and the jerks that the human body receives during work and play.

Wards off muscular tension: remember the body has the ability to heal itself and so even by regular exercise there would be enough stretching that would allow proper blood circulation in all those affected areas and that would repair all those dead body tissues and cells.

Prevents early degeneration of the vertebrae and discs: This is because a healthy spine would not be damaged even during an injury or even an accident.

Proper disc spacing: which allows all the uninterrupted passage of nerves to reach the other end that are located and conned to the spinal cord.
