There are many who have stated that they experience great pain in the neck and the upper part of the back because of the tight muscles that are located in the lower part of the back. Most of the chiropractors have suggested that this phenomenon is because these tight muscles don’t allow proper flow and blood circulation in the upper part of the back and the neck, therefore they don’t get enough energy and blood supply that is required to stay health and flexible. Therefore these muscles too weaken up and then tighten up, so in this way a vicious circle begins.

Ø      Poor stretching routines and exercise can be the biggest possible cause of the lower back muscles being tightened up. If you don’t exercise regularly then you could lose the flexibility in your muscles and this could affect the lower part of your back.

Ø      And it’s not only the lack of exercise that can lead to muscles tightening but also excess of such exercise that can lead to it, this is because these exercises then cause small muscles to have micro tears in them and then to cover these wear out , the muscles then tighten up.

Ø      Scoliosis is another cause that can lead to this muscles tightening up, this is because if you have a sideway curve in your spine then this would automatically strain other muscle. This would lead to muscles tightening too.

Ø      The last but not the least this is the one reason that we don’t take seriously, bad posture is another reason for our back muscles that get tight.

So visiting chiropractic would therefore be a good idea for they would assist you and even guide you to loosen your tight muscles. They would give you advice and tips for loosening your tight muscles along with proper exercises that would surely relieve you of this pain.
