PMS
The PMS also known as the Premenstrual Syndrome is a premenstrual tension, which also is a collection of the psychological, emotional and physical symptoms that can be related to a women’s menstrual cycle.
There are many reports and findings that say that most of the women who are in their child bearing age have this problems and symptoms. All those women and girls that are having or have been infected by this syndrome have sufficient severity to deal and tackle other aspects of life.
These symptoms usually start before the ladies are about to menstruate but then they immediately vanish once the menstrual flow starts. But there are also a few unfortunates who are not successful in getting rid of these symptoms even after the menstrual flow starts.
But this has different intensity among different individuals, for every woman does not suffer the same intensity and pain.
There are some women who suffer great intensity, while there are some who suffer less pain and intensity. But there are some women who are on the verge of temporary disability; such is the intensity and the density of the pain that is caused due to this syndrome.
This form of pain that cause almost disability is called the “Psychiatric Designation” or even sometimes called the Premenstrual Dyshoric Disorder.
The following are the symptoms of this Syndrome:
In actual, the PMS is an entire collection of about 200 symptoms, and according to the latest study and research there are some more that are added to the list. However, all of them cannot be listed but yes some of them can be surely mentioned and described. So here is a list of the following symptoms that could be the early indicator and early detectors of this symptom.
Joint or muscle pain: This can be a severe one or can even be mild pain, but this would remain for a very long period of time and not occasionally.
Abdominal cramps: Mainly in the lower part of the body, such as the back and the lower part of the limbs.
Stress or anxiety: Another major cause and this can be frequently or occasionally.
Joint or muscle pain: Again mainly in the lower part of the back and the lower part of the limbs.
Mood swings: This may be another symptom, and this may be everyday or every alternate day too, no certainly upon that.
Unpredictable bursts of anger, Aggression: May be severe or may be mild, but immediate irritation may also trigger this symptom.
