Wellness

“Wellness” this term seems to mean “a healthy balance of the human mind along with the human body”. And it’s this combination that would result into the perfect health and growth of the person. Wellness would result into the physical fitness of the human body, and this would be by regular exercise along with proper diet and nutrition and not to forget, “peace of mind”.

The peace of mind seems to be the most important element that is required to be maintained with other elements, this is because if one does not have peace of mind then this would be of no use, I mean all the nutrition, diet and even the exercise.

So it’s the mental health that would count too, the mental health would refer to the human individual emotion and the psychological well being of the person. But this was only the general meaning and the definition of the term wellness and according to the World Health Organization there is no accurate definition of the term wellness and this has to be understood only in the light of the situation and the circumstance.

There are most of the experts that believe that mental health and mental illness are not opposites and the absence of a mental disorder would obviously mean a good mental health.

The LaLonde reports state that there are four indicators and factors for determining the human health, both physical and mental. The physical health would include factors such as the human biology, the environment, lifestyle and other health care precautions that are taken for living a good lifestyle.

Thus one can state that health is not only maintained and improved because of the advancements and improvements in health science but also by the efforts and intelligent lifestyle choices of both the individual and the society.

Nutrition is another important element, but perhaps I would believe the most important element for the well being of the human being. A person that would have good food would automatically have good health and this good health would automatically enable the person to withstand any stress and situation that may arise. This can be anything both in personal life and work life.

Ask me I am a financial accountant as well as a corporate lawyer and there could be nothing better than a good nutrition. This would really enable you to face any situation and condition. What so ever it may be.
